Blessing Okagbare wins silver medal at IAAF World Championships

Sunday August 11th was a thrilling day for Nigerian athlete Blessing Okagbare as  she won Nigeria's first medal at the ongoing IAAF World Championships in Moscow, Russia. Blessing won the silver medal in the long jump event final today after jumping an impressive 6.99m.

The last time Nigeria won a medal at the Athletic World Championship was in 1999.Blessing brought back the victory and the nation commends her. Thank you Blessing
