CHANGE! EMBRACE IT

Change!  What exactly does it mean? I have taken my time to look thoroughly at the meaning in seventh edition of the Oxford Advance Leaner’s Dictionary and it made me to understand that change is become or make different somebody or something, or passing from state or form into another or even to replace a thing.

If there is one law of live I've learned, it’s the fact that everything changes.

Change is a necessary part of our life and a necessary part of existence. Yet change is uncomfortable. We all get used to things a certain way, and when they change we have to rearrange and readjust, and that is uncomfortable.

Everything around us is changing and you and I must change too. What a big surprise! Most people want things to be different in the future but do not want to change in the present.

Do you want to be a better person? Do you want to live a better life? Do you want to be more resourceful and useful to your family and the world at large? Are you ready to co-exist and make the world a better a place? The only and best answer to these questions is change!

You must be willing to change! You must be ready and prepared to change your thinking, your perspective, your attitude, and your actions. And now is the time.

According to Peter Hirsch in his book success by Design; he wrote that doing is the action, trying is in action and procrastination. Hey dear, no more room for procrastination, all you need do is change in all ramification, this is necessary at this age.

If you find yourself doing the same-old, for a long time, look out! Change is the way of things in our universe.

You just have to change on regular basis; this keeps you functioning effectively and efficiently in the world around you and as well causes you to live a life that is meaningful.

“Change is like a supersonic train and you have three options/choices. You can step in front of it and refuse to move and let it run you over; you can step back and watch it pass you by. Or you get on board and ride it, then eventually move to the front and drive it”

Let there be a new you, brand and rebrand yourself, live life at its best and fullest, a well and meaningful life of impact, doing great exploit. Live a changed life that would make people reckon and associate with you because you have something to offer, good words and message to pass across.

Change! Be a contributor, supporter of good things, be creative and proactive, live peacefully with others, be ready to help people, achieving meaningful goals hence you achieve your goals too; service to others is the key to powerful life purpose. The possible are endless with a changing you and I.

Sid Malwhed said and i quote “Time changes things, so what was…..Isn’t and what is….. Soon won’t be. Constant change is the only reality.”

Constant change is the only reality, so embrace it.

Embrace change, live, dream, think, talk, act like changed being so that we can make the world a better place.

“Change is a constant factor in the race of life. Whatever is not changing is not growing.”

Therefore:

You must anticipate change

You must monitor change

You must adapt to change quickly

You must celebrate changes

Be ready to quickly change again and again

Change is inevitable, Embrace it!

Ignore the past and focus on the future

There is a concept in accounting called a “sunk cost”. These are defined as money that has been spent and cannot be recouped. They are fund that are gone forever in a company or business, like last year’s advertising. They cannot be retrieved. They have no value they are sunk as in a deep ocean.

You have sunk costs in your career as well. You may have invested weeks, months and even years in getting an education or acquiring an experience in a particular field. But the market has change, and there may be no demand for what you are capable of doing. No one is willing to hire you or pay you very much to do it. Many people have invested an enormous amount of time and money in the development of talent and skills for which there is no existing or future market. But they have a hard time facing this fact, or admitting it to themselves or others. You can still live up to your dream by working on your strength, knowledge, ability, thinking and everything that makes you, to becoming better. With this you can adapt and stay on top of changes life brings to you as time tick on. You can always prove to the world there is always a better you, let the world know you are back and better.

Do your Homework

Ø  What are you vision? As you see, your vision determines your decision.

Ø  Be careful of your decision? Your Decisions lead s to your actions.

Ø  Wisely control your actions. It is a drive for your Desire.

Ø  Have positive Desires. They give birth to new visions.

Ø  Hey wait! Be vigilant and create strategic ways and approach to have flawless victory over setbacks, challenges and difficulties as the cycle goes on.
