As we live, there comes times in our lives when the sun goes down on us, we feel lost and confused but suddenly the stars comes out and start to shine on us, which is a reminder of hope that better days are yet to come and the sun will shine so bright on us that we glow and grin.

One thing I have learnt about life is that it is indeed beautiful and amazing, and not ugly and terrible as it poses itself to be at times, but only those who strive to live above their hurdles and see beyond their struggles can experience it.

I have lived many of my days in tears, often i have been broken in spirit and wallow in fear, and there are times when I feel my dreams and visions are clouded but whenever i lift up my head to see above my adversities and reach for help from above from God who is above all things, miracles begin to happen.

In times of crisis, my help often comes when I remember to say lift up your head o ye mighty gates (my trouble, my pains, my adversity and my challenges) and let the king of glory (Almighty God) come in, and all i begin to see is solution to my trauma.

There are days which you wish never came, the days when you feel the sun didn’t come to shine on you but came to crack and burn you. Now the day is over and you prefer the darkness of the night, you want to remain in it to hide your shame, sorrow and pain. Sometimes, you just want to pass away with the night because of the fear of tomorrow but one thing stand still; even though sorrow fades the whole night, there will be joy in the morning for those that believe.

I have come to see that a situation that tries to crack and break us is important for our lives. When you are broken and could pick yourself up again and again, you gain a new shape, become transformed and renewed to reach for a greater and stronger you. Humans attain invincibility by overcoming brokenness and weakness in the journey of life.

The eagles soar high in the sky because they know the secret to super flight is tearing out the old feathers and growing a new one.

In life, you are bound to encounter challenges and experience situations that push you out of your comfort zone, at such time you may cry bitterly but when you speak to your inner man and march on, you soon come to realize you needed the frustration that came your way because without an experience like that you many never attain your new height and achieve the level of success you have.

One way the forces of life help man to keep stretching till they reach their yield point is giving them a pull and push to leave their static point. Challenges and adversity is the only way life helps man to reach their fullness; the only sermon it keeps preaching to us is that we can be more, we can go farther and climb higher, remember the power in us is greater than the energy our challenges possess.

We are like ice, when heated we become liquid ready to form a new shape when poured into another container; sometimes we are good in a circular shape, soon we evolve and better in a triangular shape and eventually we achieve the star shape which is the best we should be, this happens from one phase to another through our life time here on earth.

Life hurdles and challenges are the heat we receive and whatever condition we fill into are the container, those who can’t manage through the pressure and heat exerted on them are the ones who end up shapeless and clueless. And that’s why you can’t afford to let the forces of life make you what you don’t wish for but make out of life what you want for yourself.

I say again, now the day is over, night will soon fade away, a new dawn is on the way full of great surprises but you must be prepared to welcome it else it passes you by. It is not over until it is really over, as long as you live to see another day, your hope stays alive. Renew your mind, your past can’t be erased but the future is still blank, you can paint a new you; your past may be like a rusted iron but your future is potentially golden, reach for it!
