Miley Cyrus made her grand entrance at the 2013 MTV European Music Awards (EMAs) in Amsterdam on Nov. 10 paying tribute to two fallen music legends. In a lace-up dress featuring images of deceased rappers Biggie Smalls and Tupac, Cyrus walked the red carpet, pairing the look with black and white checkered boots that went up above her knees.
