Staying Valuable: Secret To A Happy Life

Staying Valuable: Secret To A Happy Life

“The year you were born marks only your entry into the world. Other years where you prove your worth, they are the ones worth celebrating. ”
Jarod Kintz, This Book Title is Invisible

“Not life, but good life, is to be chiefly valued.”
Socrates

“Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value.”
Albert Einstein

Life can be as wonderful as we want it as long as we choose to live staying valuable whichever corner we are positioned on Earth. Life is worth living as long as you never stop adding a drop of value to your life, making yourself relevant at all time by adding to your knowledge, improving your skill, energizing your ability, improving the network of people you have, maximizing your opportunities and never hesitating  at  treading the road less travelled, and tapping into the unthinkable.

Whoever shows nonchalant attitude towards improving their life by upgrading their self-value is set and prepared to dwell in obscurity, unhappiness, and servitude. Such life has definitely bargained to be a host for all manner of psychological, material, financial and even spiritual decay.  People, who don’t grow or are not ready to grow as the clock tick but just grow old and older, are no doubt the ones victimized by the terrible forces of life. They live a life where they can’t raise their head up when others do and they only live to look up to others, taking instructions on what the hours of their life must revolved around, when they were created to make decisions with others what to be done, how things should be done and when they can together to execute their collective decisions and plans.

Many have ignorantly lost the divine purpose of their life and have chosen to live a sub-standard life. They chose to be a second class citizen on Earth because they are weak minded not because they are created so. They opted to stay back at the station of departure when the train of life kept on moving, some even went on for a while but alighted on the way because they got tired of the journey because it’s too demanding, but the train of life will never stop for anyone, you just have to hold on; keep on refreshing yourself and enjoy the ride as it goes.

It is not a deceit, the more you increase your value the more relevant you are in this world, the more you develop your  god-given potential, gift, talent, ability  and improve your knowledge, the more useful you become to yourself, to your family, community, country and the world at large. You can be as best as obsolete and outmoded if you don’t continue to work on yourself, to always contributing your quota to this world. As the Earth rotates, rotate with it; the world is never at a spot, you have got to move with it, don’t just grow old but grow in all ramification of life, so that you can have a meaningful life.

I see the Earth like an organization where people are employed to serve and contribute our individual quota to its development. Many, who learn to improve on their talent, gift, ability and maximize their potential will certainly climb the ladder to the top to wine and dine with people of great personality and kings, that have crossed the river before, but  for those who do not work on their skills, capability, knowledge and refuse to exploit the Earth are automatically debased, suffer in pain, wallow in self-pity and party with slaves.

One good way to stay valuable, all your days on Earth is to keep on learning new things and yawning for improvement. This is the only key to staying on top of your game, and have the best life you can ever imagine. The only thing that can deprive you of a happy life and a life indeed is not developing your skills, potential, talent etc. and growing every sphere of your life. You have to grow and develop yourself, spiritually, physically, mentally, psychologically, emotionally, and morally to be fit to exploit the Earth, live the life you are here for and not be a living dead.

Take a moment to think about your life, are you here to just pass through life or life pass through you or even both? I think it is good you have both, don’t let the Earth have silly history of you as a person that just existed here, wasted his/her life and passed away, but let your story be the one that rings a bell, documented as the brave one that made the best out of life and impacted the world which many can’t seems to forget but lives on in their heart.

You are here to serve the world and the people in it and with this you get what you want in life.  According to Zig Ziglar "You can have everything in life you want if you'll only
help enough other people get what they want."
All you need to do is focus your energy on helping other people get what they want and everything you desire is at your finger tip. And this is only possible if you have something people are ready to place demand for and you ready to supply it hence you are rewarded. Remember, if you can’t add value to people’s live, there is no reward for you. The more you learn, the better your chances to earn; the more you improve on yourself, the higher your chances to add to value to people’s life and you get as much as you invest into the life others. I called the world system, GIGO system which means Give In Get Out, Give In your work Get Out your pay; Give In the cross Get Out the Crown.

In being valuable, lies happiness. Nobody enjoys living in obscurity and mediocrity; everyone desires an excellent and fabulous life. We can all have a good life if we work for it, nothing should stop you from having this happy life. Make yourself valuable, relevant and useful to yourself, your family, your community and the world. Coming to this world is not enough, prove your worth to the world, this is the only time of your life you can celebrate. Stay energetic, proactive, active, and remain ever blazing, and you will be happy all your days on surface of the Earth.
