Miley Cyrus took the Village stage on Saturday (Sept. 21) at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas. With her mom watching from side stage, the 20-year-old pop singer channeled Madonna's Jean Paul Gaultier-influenced style from the '90s in a white corset and bikini bottoms. Cyrus, who currently has the No. 1 song in America with "Wrecking Ball," brought her tongue-twisting and raunchy new album aesthetic along for her outdoor performance.
Flanked by midgets dressed up as dancing mushrooms and flowers, Cyrus performed "Wrecking Ball" for the first time live, as well as her other Bangerz single, “We Can’t Stop." The singer also performed her 2009 hit “Party In the U.S.A.” and the cover track “Look What They’ve Done To My Song.”
“It’s just me doing what my heart and soul is telling me to do,” she told the crowd. “Everything is inspired by the music.”
Bangerz, Cyrus' fourth LP, drops Oct. 8.
