Sean Kingston Sued For Alleged Gang Rape

Sean Kingston and his bodyguard gang raped a drunk teenager in the singer's hotel room back in 2010, according to a new lawsuit but Sean says it's B.S.

Carissa Capeloto now 22 claims she was forced to have sex with Sean, his bodyguard and a member of Sean's band at a Seattle hotel in July, 2010, after she had smoked pot and downed 7-10 shots of vodka.

Capeloto who has sued all 3 men alleges she'd been invited to Kingston's hotel room for a meet-and-greet following a Bieber concert where Kingston had also performed but when she showed up Kingston was waiting naked on his bed.


Capeloto claims the bodyguard picked her up and placed her on top of Kingston, and all three of the men proceeded to gang rape her while she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent."

Capeloto says her friend later entered the room and rescued her. The police were called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.

She says her life has been ruined ... she can barely sleep, has mood swings and panic attacks.  Capeloto wants $5 mil minimum.

BTW criminal charges against Kingston were dropped in 2010 after cops concluded Capeloto wasn't credible enough for a legit case.

Kingston has filed legal docs insisting the sex was 100% consensual.

Trial is set for November.

According to reports, family had to watch on as singer Hyon Song-wol was put in front of a firing squad in public three days after her arrest.

The ex-lover of North Korean despot Kim Jong-un was executed by machine guns in front of relatives for allegedly making a sex tape.

She is believed to have been one of 12 well-known performers killed for violating North Korea’s law against pornography.

South Korean newspaper Chosun Ilbo reported how the victims were accused of filming themselves having sex and selling the material.

19 year old female student allegedly poured hot water on her boyfriend.

A 19 year old female student of Science Laboratory Technology (SLT) Department of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) has been arrested for allegedly pouring warm water on her boyfriend right after his birthday at Miracle Hall, BHS area in Iree last Saturday.

In accordance with a report by Daily Trust, the attacker Yetunde poured the warm water on Niyi Adelana (pictured above) when he invited other girls to his party and flirted using them right facing her Niyi, a Higher National Diploma (HND) II student of Computer Science, suffered serious burns and was taken to the hospital for treatment. The Police Public Relations Officer for Osun State, DSP Folasade Odoro, confirmed the incident in a talk with Daily Trust. She said investigation was still going on and that upon completion, your ex could be charged to court.

Grandpa rapes six-years-old girl in Ebonyi.

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in Ebonyi on Thursday arrested a 64 -year old man, Mr. Peter Edibgo for allegedly raping a six- year old girl, Nkwegu Chinwe, at Agbaenyim in Izzi Local government area of the state.

Spokesman of NSCDC in the state, Emmanuel Nwali, said the suspect would have been lynched but for the timely intervention of the officers and men of Command.

Nwali said after investigation, the suspect would be transferred to the appropriate agency responsible for handling such heinous crimes for possible prosecution.

The suspect, he said, had been notorious for such acts as the village Head and other members of the community also confirmed the incident to the Corps.

According to the command’s spokesman, the victim who felt a hard push into her legs, raised an alarm which attracted members of the community.

“We are still investigating the case and after that we are going to hand over the case to the appropriate quarters because that is not one of our core mandates as NSCDC, “he stated.

Suntai Writes Taraba House Of Assembly Over Resumption

RECUPERATING Governor Danbaba Suntai may have sent a letter to the Taraba State House of Assembly  seeking to resume  work.
The letter, according to a United States- based Nigerian online news portal, was  on Monday  received by the Speaker of the House of Assembly,Haruna Tsokwa.

The portal did not say exactly when the letter was written and the day the governor, who arrived in the country from the US after a 10-month medical sojourn, hoped to commence duties.

But it quoted sources close to the Assembly as saying that Suntai, in the letter, claimed to have fully recovered from the injuries he sustained when a small aircraft he piloted  crashed on  October 25,  2012.

Mourinho praises Bayern ahead of Super Cup clash

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has praised treble-winning Bayern Munich ahead of Friday’s UEFA Super Cup clash and said he wants to measure his side against the European champions.

Laudrup set to move for Odemwingie

Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup has admitted he is interested in a move for West Brom striker Peter Odemwingie.

The Dane is keen to provide competition for close-season signing Wilfried Bony up-front after releasing Luke Moore and telling Leroy Lita he is free to find a new club.

And Odemwingie could fit the bill, with the Nigeria international not featuring in Steve Clarke’s matchday squad for West Brom’s first two Premier League fixtures.

“We want to add one more who can give us that in a certain part of the game or in certain games,” Laudrup said. “And he (Odemwingie) is a player with pace who knows the league.” Odemwingie has been frozen out of the first-team picture at The Hawthorns after angling for a move to QPR in January. He moved to West Brom from Russian Premier League outfit Lokomotiv Moscow in August 2010.

Keshi: I'm No Racist

Amidst growing criticisms over a statement credited to him on Malawi national team coach Tom Saintfiet, Super Eagles chief coach, Stephen Keshi has said he is not a racist.

Keshi did not take lightly to the request by Saintfiet that FIFA should  move the September 7 World Cup qualifier between Nigeria and Malawi away from Calabar sighting  insecurity as the reason.

Keshi angrily attacked Saintfiet and called him a white dude, who should go back to Belgium, a statement labeled as racist by the Malawi coach.

The statement has been widely reported by the international press but Keshi is saying he has been misrepresented. He said no hurt was intended as he was only  defending his country.

“I was just standing up for my country when someone tries to make insinuations that it is not a safe place,” the Afcon winning captain and coach for Nigeria told supersport.com.

“I have nothing against Sainfiet, he was in Nigeria recently and we shook hands and had a few things we discussed. I just was very unhappy that a man who last year was prepared to work for Nigeria with a four year contract can all of a sudden start to describe the place as ‘unsafe’ so am not having that.”

Gov Okorocha, Catholic doctors at war over abortion law

OWERRI—Imo State governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha, and Catholic Medical Practitioners Association are at daggers-drawn over the abortion bill the former just signed into law.

The law, among others, permits women to procure abortion at will.

Sponsored by the Majority Leader and member representing Ahiazu Mbaise state constituency, Mrs. Adekunle Ihuoma, the law is to be cited as “Imo State of Nigeria, Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Law Number 12 of 2012”.

According to the new law, every woman shall have the right to enjoy reproductive rights, including  rights to medical abortion in cases of sexual assault, rape, incest and where the continued pregnancy endangers the life or the physical, mental, psychological or emotional health of the mother.

18 years after: Eminent Nigerians want Saro-Wiwa immortalised

If the late environmental rights activist and leader of the Movement for the Survival of Ogoni People, MOSOP, Ken Saro-Wiwa was alive, he would be 72 years old on October 10.

Eighteen years after he was executed with eight other Ogoni leaders by the military government of late General Sani Abacha, eminent Nigerians said, yesterday, that the issues he fought for, such as under-development, marginalisation of minority ethnic groups and devastation of the environment have not been resolved.

They spoke at the 72nd post-humous birthday and launch of a book entitled The 3-Dimensions of the Ogoni Revolution and the Unanswered Questions, organised in Saro-Wiwa’s honour by the Niger Delta Youth Movement, NDYM; Middle Belt Youth League, MBYL; Ogoni Solidarity Forum, OSF and Ogoni Economic Forum, OEF.

They also urged the Federal Government to immortalise Saro-Wiwa just like the Americans have done to Martin Luther King, Jnr.
